Single User License
- digitGaps grants you one non-transferable license and the right to use, or display the report should be confined to one authorized computer only.
- The user can print one duplicate copy of the report for individual use only and should not be replicated or reprinted under any circumstance without digitGaps written approval.
- Sublicensing, reselling, transferring, renting, or attempting to assign the rights to any party not approved by digitGaps is not permitted.
- Use of the report in any comportment that would breach the T&C contained in these License options or that would disregard laws in United States, Europe, or in any other country jurisdiction.
Multi-User License
- digitGaps grants you up to single location non-transferable license and the right to use, or display the report should be confined to single location users only.
- The user can also print additional copies of the report for the employees of his/her company but limited to single location use only.
- Sub-licensing, reselling, transferring, renting, or attempting to assign the rights to any party not approved by digitGaps is not permitted.
- Use of the report in any comportment that would breach the T&C contained in these License options or that would disregard laws in United States, Europe, or in any other country jurisdiction.
Enterprise Wide User
- digitGaps grants you worldwide, non-transferable license and the right to use the report within the organization and its subsidiaries.
- The user can also print unlimited copies of the report for the employees of his/her company and its subsidiaries.
- Sub-licensing, reselling, transferring, renting, or attempting to assign the rights to any party not approved by digitGaps is not permitted
- Use of the report in any comportment that would breach the T&C contained in these License options or that would disregard laws in United States, Europe, or in any other country jurisdiction
